Need: Provide initial support to Nigeria Stability and Reconciliation Programme (NSRP)’s M&E manager to set up a knowledge management system
Response: Developed a knowledge management strategy and system
- Conducted self-assessment and interviews of staff to find out KM priorities/needs
- Facilitated and developed materials for the final future state of KM workshop
- Led a capacity building workshop on key KM tools, policies, and procedures
- Contributed to the M&E strategy
- Provided remote assistance 6 months post-project
