Need: Improve performance and M&E capacity at four agriculture sector associations in Rwanda
Response: Developed M&E capacity and delivered M&E strategies at Rwanda Chamber of Agriculture and Livestock, National Seed Association of Rwanda, Association for Cassava Processors and Exporters, and National Cooperatives Confederation of Rwanda
- Conducted assessments on current M&E capacity and developed tailored capacity development approach
- Held two workshops followed by one-on-one consultations with designated staff
- Co-developed M&E strategies in line with organizational strategies
