Response: Assisted, through subcontract with DAI, three of the Lab’s Centers in developing MEL plans
- Conducted capacity building workshops with USAID staff
- Compared existing results frameworks and identified gaps
- Harmonized indicators and drafted evaluation questions
- Finalized MEL plans
- Supported teams in crafting learning agendas and identifying opportunities for collaboration
