Response: Conducted performance evaluation
Moonshot led the team to deliver the following:
- Performance evaluation concept paper for the evaluation
- Performance evaluation protocol, which outlined evaluation research questions, data
quality assessment methods, the process for reporting results, and the budget - Final evaluation report, which included a summary and two cases studies.
