Response: Developed a 5-year strategic plan and 1-year work plan to set output, outcome, impact indicators, and targets to help achieve organizational strategic objectives

  • Co-created strategic plan with staff of largest domestic NGO in Rwanda
  • Developed organizational results framework that expressed overall organizational performance targets for the first time in the organization’s history
  • Ensured harmonization of existing program monitoring and evaluation frameworks
