Need: Improve impact measurement among winners of the open innovation competition e-Commerce Development Fund.
Response: Serve as monitoring, evaluation and learning partner and member of the competition review committee.
- Co-create and operationalize a measurement framework for the fund portfolio.
- Build capacity of 11 grantees in impact measurement.
- Write a learning report and final evaluation report.
- Serve as a review member of the committee to assess applications.
