Need: Monitoring, evaluation and learning support and advisory services to Frontiers Lab Asia (FLA) a collaborative incubator of solutions for strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems in South and Southeast Asia.
Response: Provide research and embedded MEL advisory services to FLA. Services include:
- Input to program design
- Design and development of impact measurement and monitoring system for the platform and its grantees.
- Development of guidance materials, templates, and provide coaching support to grantees on MEL.
- Developmental evaluation of pilot performance and pathways to scale.
- Research the role and value of entrepreneurship support organizations in effecting systems change through a literature review.
