Need: Train customs leaders to be equipped in Vietnam’s evolving and dynamic trading across borders landscape

Response: Through the Trade Facilitation Program, conducted an assessment and developed an approach to leadership development and management training of customs leaders in Vietnam

  • Conducted a data-driven assessment, which incorporated human-centered design techniques
  • Developed an approach to blended learning, which responded to evolving needs in a post-Covid-19 environment
  • Drafted curriculum map and methods and materials matrices for four days of training, with pre- and post-course work, in-class interactive sessions, and action learning cohort
