Need: Partner to assist 23-member steering committee (SC) to design and manage its annual symposium
Response: Co-planned and coordinated event logistics for the 2016 and 2017 mEducation Alliance Symposium, VIP Reception, and SC meeting
- Managed all aspects of the event for over 300 participants from more than 30 countries
- Conducted post-event knowledge management activities
- Created a fellowship program to engage ecosystem researchers in knowledge management activities
