Valery Okwenda brings 10+ years of experience in impact measurement across East and Southern Africa. She spent nearly a decade with International Finance Corporation leading Results Measurement across agriculture, eMobility, health, and affordable housing, and more recently designed MEL frameworks for Agricultural Transformation Offices in Tanzania and Sierra Leone as a consultant to IFAD. Her work has helped demonstrate over US$28 million in private sector savings, earning her the Head of State Commendation from the President of Kenya in 2021. She holds an MA in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Economics, both from the University of Nairobi.
