Client:Impact Hub Global/Argidius Foundation
Need: Assess performance of the Argidius Foundation-funded Translocal Program Strategy (TLPS).
Response: Apply principles from utilization-focused evaluation to design and conduct a performance evaluation.
- Cover the following thematic areas: Capacity Building, Program Revenues, Systems Upgrades, and Entrepreneur Outcomes.
- Employ a mix of evaluation methods to address five key evaluation questions, including a document review, secondary data analysis, key informant interviews, and a survey.
- Apply custom frameworks to go deeper on three pillars: Methodology & Capacity, Partnerships & Fundraising, Support Systems; in addition to the DAC criteria.
- Make recommendations to inform adjustments and improvements in the context of Impact Hub’s organizational strategy.
