Response: Through the INVEST project, delivered a learning strategy and curricula to advance Private Sector Engagement at the Agency
- Conducted a data-driven assessment, which incorporated human-centered design techniques
- Designed and facilitated a co-creation workshop and design sprint modeled on the Google Ventures approach
- Introduced innovative range of training modalities
- Built out prototypes of complete ‘learning experiences’ and test them with users
- Drafted learning strategy and PSE curriculum
