Need: Independent verification of enterprise outputs and outcomes for impact-linked payments. Social Impact Incentives (SIINC) is a funding instrument that rewards high-impact enterprises with payments for achieving social impact.
Response: Conduct verifications using the following methodology
- Desk Research: Review of pertinent documents to understand how the enterprise carries out its work.
- Systems Check Scorecard: Verify that the personnel and systems in palace can produce reliable data by applying an adapted version of the DCED Standard for Measuring Results in Private Sector Development.
- Qualitative Research: Conduct in person and telephone interviews in the local language with customers.
- Data Audit: Check the integrity of data.
- Impact Verification Report: Write up a report on the major findings and recommendations.
