Need: MEL partner to monitor and measure pilots on digital infrastructure, digital tools, and renewable energy in refugee camps and nearby communities
Response: Serving as monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) partner to support the 32-member Smart Communities Coalition (SCC)
- Developing MEL framework and knowledge management strategy
- Applying a developmental evaluation approach to measure and monitor impact of SCC pilots
- Supporting the development and management of a platform for capturing data to assist in the analysis of lessons sourcing from SCC initiatives
- Leading the investigation of evaluation questions and helping SCC members learn from their experiences
