Abigail Perriman, based in Nairobi, Kenya, brings 8+ years of experience, including 5+ in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) in blended finance, entrepreneur support, and renewable energy in the Indo-Pacific. At Moonshot, Abi is the project manager and MEL staff on the DFAT Australia’s Blended Finance Learning Program, an initiative to support and help articulate the goals across 11 of DFAT’s blended finance initiatives. She was also MEL partner lead on the DFAT Australia’s Frontiers Lab Asia. Her areas of expertise include program design and management, research, and MEL. Prior to joining Moonshot she worked with the Impact Hub network and New Energy Nexus network. She has worked with dozens of program leads and social entrepreneurs to develop Theories of Change, MEL strategies and supported the use of research and data to drive learning and improvement. Abigail holds a BSc (Honors) in Psychology from University College London.
