We provide a range of investment advisory and business acceleration services to both public and private sector clients. We leverage knowledge gained working on the World Bank Group’s Investment Advisory Services team and experience implementing projects at the national, provincial, and firm levels in all regions of the world, including in conflict-affected countries. We support public-sector clients on implementing blended finance initiatives, improving their investment climates and executing the investment promotion cycle. We support private-sector clients implementing blended finance and other impact investments, understanding trends, evaluating the investment climate, and identifying potential partners.

- Business Acceleration and Investment Opportunity Analysis: As businesses seek out new investment opportunities, we draw upon our global experience to help clients understand macroeconomic trends, evaluate information on investment climate, and identify and assess business acceleration, expansion, and growth opportunities and potential partners. As holders of Blanket Purchase Agreement No. KZN-15-00001-0020 with The Kaizen Company, we provide technical assistance and business acceleration services to grantees under the Securing Water for Food Grand Challenge for Development.
- Digital Platform Development: We have assisted dozens of economic development agencies in improving their online investment promotion performance by creating investor-oriented content and developing integrated technology platforms to support investment promotion efforts. Among our past projects are website developments for Gabon’s Agence Nationale de Promotion des Investissments and Haiti’s Centre de Facilitation des Investissments, and a website and investor tracking system development for the Seychelles Investment Board.
- Investment Facilitation: We provide technical assistance to economic development agencies in Latin American and the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond on investor inquiry handling and investment promotion so that they may convert investor interest into actual investments. A Moonshot Principal developed the original Global Investment Promotion Benchmarking (GIPB) train-the-trainers course for effective investment facilitation.
- Investment Lead Generation and Tracking: We leverage our marketing and sector expertise to provide technical assistance to economic development agencies on lead generation, lead tracking, and investor outreach. We designed and delivered a lead generation workshop in the business process outsourcing, call centers, agroindustrial, and apparel sectors for the Caribbean Export Development Agency.
